This session will be offered on-demand only for in-person PRIMR23 attendees registered for this day, and PRIMR23/SBER23 Virtual Meeting registrants; there is no live interaction.

How can we best keep IACUC members engaged through training? By developing dynamic on-boarding training for new IACUC members, it can inspire their confidence to participate in committee duties from the beginning. Additionally, offering diverse continuing education opportunities can keep IACUC members informed and foster participation in active learning sessions. In this session, we will review strategies to engage new and veteran IACUC members through interactive training opportunities.
