Amrita Bhowmick, MBA, MPH, EdD

Health Union, LLC

Amrita Bhowmick, MBA, MPH, Ed.D, is chief strategy officer at Health Union where she leads the development, execution and growth of a sustainable online health community model that has proven outcomes for people living with a wide range of chronic and complex conditions, while also driving business growth. Amrita has been published numerous times on the value of patient engagement within communities of practice.

Amrita earned her BS in Business Management from SUNY Binghamton, MBA from Temple University, MPH from Drexel University and doctoral degree in Leadership and Learning in Organizations at Vanderbilt University’s Peabody College. Amrita also holds a position as Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Health Behavior at the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health.
