Dr. Christopher E. Bailey is a full Professor at the National Intelligence University in Bethesda, Maryland; he specializes in national security law, international law, and professional ethics. He serves as the Chairman of the NIU Institutional Review Board and is a PRIM&R-certified IRB professional. He is currently a Visiting Senior Fellow at the Stockdale Center for Ethical Leadership (U.S. Naval Academy). He has an LLM degree in National Security & U.S. Foreign Relations Law, as well as an SJD degree in International and Comparative Law, from the George Washington University School of Law. He is currently the editor of the American Intelligence Journal.
