Prior to joining Advarra, Frank focused on consulting with universities and hospitals for over 15 years. Frank has significant regulatory, compliance and operational experience within the human subject protections space and has led projects related to operational redesign, IRB and HRPP compliance, accreditation and other related work. In addition, Frank has significant experience in the research administration technology space, helping organizations understand and implement software solutions.
