Jackson Norton, CIP, Associate Director of Operations - Office for Human Research Studies, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. I have been a clinical research professional for approaching ten years, with the past four with the IRB at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute (DFCI). I manage two of seven IRB panels at DFCI, directly supervise the work of IRB analysts in our office, and help develop policies and procedures for the protection of human subjects in research.
