Donnella S. Comeau, MD, PhD, is a neuroradiologist specializing in clinical artificial intelligence (AI) development, deployment, and governance. At Harvard Medical School, she earned both her M.D. and Ph.D. in neurobiology. Dr. Comeau completed residency and neuroradiology fellowship at Brigham & Women's Hospital in Boston, MA. She currently serves as a neuroradiology attending at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and as a Vice Chair of the Mass General Brigham Institutional Review Board. Her clinical and research interests include neuroradiology stroke imaging, AI integration in medicine and imaging, bioethics, health disparities, and the advocacy of health equity.
