Jennifer Biladeau, M.S., M.A., CIP (she/her/hers)

DEVCOM Army Research Laboratory
Bel Air, MD

Ms. Jennifer Biladeau is the Alternate Human Protections Director for U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Army Research Laboratory (ARL). Jennifer obtained a Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and a second Master of Arts in Business Management before finding a career in human subjects’ projection. In the last 20 years, Jennifer has gained knowledge and skill in the areas of clinical trials, social behavioral educational research, human factor engineering research along with human-machine interface studies, and other DoD regulated projects. She manages DEVCOM ARL’s HRPP agreements and serves as a Human Research Protection Official (HRPO) with the Department of the Army.
