Allison Thiede DVM, DACLAM is a Research Veterinarian in Comparative Medicine at AbbVie. She received her DVM from the University of Wisconsin - Madison School of Veterinary Medicine, completed a post-doctoral training program at the University of Illinois at Chicago and is a diplomate of the American College for Laboratory Animal Medicine. In addition to providing clinical oversight of animals and study support she serves as the Vice Chair of AbbVie's Lake County Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee. Her professional interests include animal welfare, nonhuman primate medicine and surgical research models.
