Michele Kuchera, MBA, CIP (she/her/hers)

Fordham University

Michele Kuchera, MBA, CIP is currently the Research Compliance Director at Fordham University where she oversees the IRB, IACUC, IBC, export controls and any related research compliance matters. Michele has over 20 years working in IRB Administration. Working collaboratively with researchers to find harmony in protecting research participants has become her passion. She also directs the University Research Compliance Council at Fordham which is an advisory committee ensuring all areas of research compliance including education and outreach to researchers are addressed at the highest standards. In her free time, Michele loves spending time with her two children and husband and learning about health and fitness.
