Matt Stafford is an Assistant Director of Yale's Human Research Protection Program in charge of HRPP Review and HRPP Operations. Previously he worked in IRB offices at Boston Children’s Hospital, the New York Blood Center, and Columbia University. He has a degree in South Asian studies from Columbia and an MPH in Health Policy and Management from Boston University’s School of Public Health. Matt also works with Peer Consulting Group as an IRB Expert Consultant. He lives in Newton, MA with his wife (a nurse practitioner), their two teenage sons, and an English cream golden retriever named Haruko.
