Morgan State University
Dr. Tulloch earned a B.A. in Psychology at Hunter College and a Ph.D. in Biological Psychology at the City University of New York Graduate School. She completed a post-doctoral research fellowship in the Molecular Neuropsychiatry Branch of the National Institute on Drug Abuse at the National Institutes of Health studying molecular mechanisms of methamphetamine toxicity. Dr. Tulloch's research utilizes human participants and animal models to study the developmental neurobiology of risky adult behaviors and cognitive aging. She has over fifteen years of experience working with laboratory animals. She is the founding Director of Morgan State University's Laboratory Animal Facilities and the current Chair of Morgan State University's Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee.
