She serves as Deputy Scientific Integrity Officer for CDC and is a member of the NSTC Subcommittee on Scientific Integrity (SOSI). A board-certified family physician, CAPT Meites has over 15 years of experience leading public health science and emergency response efforts at CDC, and has received honors including the Meritorious Service Medal from the United States Public Health Service.
