Dr. Chelsea M. Mead is a Professor of American Indigenous Studies and History at Minnesota State University, Mankato. She has served as a board member on her institution’s IRB board for the past seven years and is currently serving in the role of co-chair. Her scholarship is focused on Indigenous language revitalization and the growth of individual and institutional awareness of Indigenous history and partnerships with Indigenous communities.
