Jill Manning de Sousa, MPH (she/her/hers)

Jill Manning de Sousa, MPH is the IRB Operations Manager at Boston Children’s Hospital. Jill has over eight years of IRB experience specializing in HHS and FDA regulations on human research protections, including IRB oversight of expanded access utilization. She received her Bachelor of Arts from McGill University in Montréal, Quebec, Canada, and her Master of Public Health (MPH) from Boston University where she was the recipient of the 2015 Health Law, Bioethics, & Human Rights Capstone Prize. Jill completed the Harvard Medical School Fellowship in Bioethics in 2019.
