Michelle K. Daiss, CIP (she/her/hers)

Michelle K, Daiss, CIP, is the Supervisor - IRB Quality and Reliance and Supervisor - Institutional Animcal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) at the Mayo Clinic. Michelle has nearly 30 years of research experience, including early phase clinical trial development, multicenter study coordination, Institutional Review Board and Human Research Protections Program leadership, and most recently with the IACUC. Prior to joining Mayo Clinic, she was employed as a medical laboratory technician and emergency medical technician for a rural community hospital. In her downtime, Michelle contracts as a private trainer and group class instructor for dogs and their humans.
