“crossover” content:
Crossover content is geared toward anyone working in the fields of research ethics, oversight, and compliance, and/or who serve as institutional leadership. Sessions on crossover topics will be available on December 4-6 (Workshops on crossover topics will also be available on December 3).
View the agenda! Crossover content is designated with a icon. Crossover topic areas on the agenda include:
- Advancing Equity and Justice
- Communication With the Public
- Conflicts of Interest
- Dialogue With the Feds
- Education, Qualifications, and Training
- Emerging Challenges and Breaking Issues
- FDA Regulated Research
- Flexibility and Innovation in Research Oversight Processes
- Pharma/Biotech Perspectives
- QA/QI and Postapproval Monitoring
- Shared Oversight Challenges
- Small Research Programs
- Transnational Research Collaborations
Sessions will include higher level plenary sessions that discuss larger ethical issues and timely challenges, breakout sessions that allow for in-depth exploration of a topic and working with others, networking sessions, and more. Read more about our
session formats.
Content specific to animal care and use programs and institutional leadership will be available on December 4-5, and content specific to human research protections programs (HRPPs) will be available on December 4-6.
